EAGLE'S NEST INFO
Our land is one of the few places in the world where you may see wild leopards; because there is no road near and few people other than local villagers, many wild animals and birds inhabit this unspoilt environment. There are also bears, langur monkeys, pine martens and many beautiful birds.
Best times to visit: mid-March to June, October to December
NB: You will arrive either by taxi, and a short walk to the house, or a shorter taxi ride and a walk uphill - albeit beautiful - of 30 minutes, to reach our private land: but don't worry - porters are provided (you can also ride up by horse)
Temperatures: hot in the sun, cool or cold at night depending on the time of year
Bring: strong walking shoes, light clothes + sweater, jacket

Health: jabs, as recommended for India: cholera & typhoid (see 'health' section). The foothills are a healthy area, however other areas of India are not, and sensible precautions are advised.

An inclusive trip will include transfer to/from Delhi airport on arrival/departure, overnight in hotel, all internal travel and expenses by rail and taxi to/from destination, and all meals at guest house (extra supplement for internal flights, sightseeing and guides, or horses instead of walking, if required!).

PRICES: from £35 / $50 per person per day.
Other prices and schedules on request.
